Differential (?) humming noise

This is the sound my car is making. It was very quiet, but audible about 3,000 miles ago but since then it has gradually gotten louder. All signs point to the differential.
This is exactly how it sounds if you can't watch the video... The "clunking" is only at low RPM's while decelerating. No clunking while in neutral.
Car: 2002 AP1 with AP2 diff, 4.77 final drive, exedy clutch, comptech flywheel.
