If you live in the States, Rick's or Mag-hytec can help you with purchases by the quart, A better idea might be to find out who a LE customer might be that lives near you from a LE distributor that has your territory. They might be more than willing to sare a 24 qt case with you.

Thanks for sharing your results JFusion! I've been using LE1605 since I got my car, and was thinking of changing it up next time, but guess I'll stick with it! The stuff is incredibly thick/nasty stuff, but I guess it works.

Is there a certain oil you like/use/had good results with? I've been sticking with good old castrol gtx 10w30 and just make sure to change it every ~4k miles or less, depending on track usage.

Yeah I'm not criticizing other diff fluids, I think my wear was still decent with Amsoil diff fluid but the wear numbers dropped drastically with LE1605 I will definitely stick with it, and yes it is a smelly sticky goop of a fluid, but that must work well. lol.

As far as motor oil goes, I had some good results on my latest used oil analysis running Castrol Edge Titanium 10w30, that seemed to work really well and I was quite impressed. I also run Amsoil 5w40 Full SAPs formula, I might have a used oil sample from this oil next year. I like the signature series Amsoil 10w30 and 0w30 but I haven't run them personally, just seen some good results from people running those oils.

I think I'm going to have to get off my arse one of these days and send in some oil samples for comparisons sake. That castrol edge titanium stuff definitely ain't cheap (considering I get castrol gtx for $17 for 5 qts from walmart), but if it really makes a difference then it's worth it. Have you run dino oil and done a oil analysis for comparison against synthetics? Just curious.

I did some short runs of Castrol High Mileage which I sampled, but that wasn't very comparable as it was during the break-in process of my re-built motor. I'd hazard a guess that Castrol Edge Titanium is their best oil, whether it is worth the price isn't something I can answer. But I'd run it again, and I like the anti-wear additive package of that oil, one of the best I've seen in over the counter oils.
