I use a crowfoot on my torque wrench, put it in like this and it wont affect the "reading".

Wrench torque = Torque Spec * (Wrench length / (Wrench length + Crows foot extension length))

However, if the crowsfoot is put on at a 90° angle and not at the end increasing the length, it will not effectively change the torque value. The overall length of the lever will be the same for the applied force. Pretty close.

That's pretty cool, I never thought there was enough room in there to do that. Although I've gotten pretty good at estimating how tight it needs to be just using a box end wrench.

Opinions differ but this is what I use in the gearbox and differential. Note the diff is changed every 30,000 miles or 15,000 in severe service.

I recently found they have 80w-90 fluids, I just stick to 75w-140 Mobil1. It's cheap full synthetic and easy to obtain.

Anyone bought Mobile 1 75w90 from Amazon? My bottles look abit different from what's sold in stores, I wonder if it could be fake or something. Bottle has Spanish translation on it.....Maybe made for SA markets?
