The parts guy at the dealer here just hands me like 3 or 4 when I ask for them. At least for the oil pan. The diff washers had to be ordered but they are so cheap you would be a fool not to get them

I always reused washer for the oil, transmission and diff.
At 10K I changed diff. fluid with mobile 1, reused washer, @ 20K changed diff. with LE607, reused washer. After a while around 40K, I noticed a rattle sound when changing gear at high rpm. I thought maybe something was loose. So, recently at 60K I changed diff. with LE607 and replaced washer with a new one. Now, when changing gear at high rpm, no rattle sound at all. The diff. feels a lot more confident.
I try to search and see any other people had this problem, but couldn't find anything.
Now after reading 2007 Zx-10 comment, I think the fluid was leaking over time causing rattling sound when shifting at high rpm.
I would suggest replacing a new washer for the diff at the least.

To all please make sure you car is leveled when doing this. Otherwise you well end up filling the diff with the wrong amount of fluid. The car needs to be lifted from the front and the back this goes for the tranny as well.

Thanks for this DIY. I was able to change my own diff oil by following it. It came out black and stinky after 20,000 miles. Although I noticed the new Mobil 1 kinda smelled, too.
Anyway, anyone doing this should get one of those pumps with two hoses rather than the screw-on quart-bottle pumps, because gear oil bottles are too tall for the standard screw-on pumps to reach the bottom and get all the oil. I had to cut the top off my bottle half-way through the pumping process to get enough. In the process I dropped the hose into the oil, making it too slippery to stay on the pump... (insert cursing here). I managed to get it filled, but I tossed the pump and will get the other kind next time.
