Different exhaust gaskets?

not to thread jack, but i think its on topic. would a small leak in between the header and cat produce a CEL? im getting the p0138 code and when i take off the sensor its covered in water. i just feel like i should change the current donut gasket since its quite old and it may not be sealing as tight as it should. thoughts?

That code specifically addresses the second o2 sensor, and I have read that is a sign its bad but do what you wanna do. Ill have mine here tomorrow and will either replace it Tuesday or Wednesday depending if I want to work in below 0 temps.
