This is an excellent choice. The 75/110 SG I believe is closer to the straight 90wt that Honda specs.

^ I agree and would like to go with the severe gear 75w-110 but it seems every parts place i've ever been to only sells the severe gear in 75w-90 and 75w-140, the 110 seems very elusive.

diff - LE1605
trans - Honda MTF

A conservative 10k service interval on both.

Become a preferred customer and order it direct from amsoil and pay dealer pricing or just order as a non preferred and purchase direct from amsoil you only need one quart for the diff.

Trans - Redline MT90 GL-4 is the best in the warmer months, but its a little tough on the cold starts, no grinds, just harder to shift into gear

So if I were to go with Amsoil, it should be this one and not the 75W-90?

Yes. the Current 110 weight spec covers the old 90 weight spec that honda used when they designed the car.

Yes if you can find it!

I might have to take Swiftoy's suggestion and order some directly from amsoil since I can't seem to find it locally. In the meantime I have been using the severe gear 75w-90 seems like pretty good stuff.

Did the SAE numbers change for the 75-90W spec's for Honda's original recommendation? Is that why an equivalent amount is today's current rating of 75W-110?

Gotcha, seems like I'll be ordering a quart or two of the Amsoil 75W-110 off their website directly also.
