Default Diff. Oil?

I was looking through the s2ki marketplace and saw Redline Shockproof gear oil for sale. Has anyone used this product? or is Lubrication Engineers LE-607 better? Or should I just stick with Honda oil.

It depends what your intended use is. We don't recommend Shockproof for cars that don't see heavy track or auto-x use. For a daily driver it's hard to beat either the LE-607 or the RL 75W-90. Most people here seem to give LE the nod for that usage.

Ahhhh, now I understand what you meant by "conditioners". This is in reference to the diff fluid. What you are probably thinking about is a friction modifier. And no, you do not use friction modifiers in our diffs. FMs are only used in diffs with clutch packs. Ours don't have any.

Negative. No FMs anywhere in this car. This additive is mainly used in differentials with clutch packs.

I'd go with the LE 607, I just did a diff oil change 2 weekends ago and noticed a decrease in "whine" on my differential.
