If you pound your diff, we all recommend the Comptech reinforcement. It's cheaper than risking an entire diff replacement.

I have OEM fluid right now. I'll either be getting LE607 or Mobil 1 75w90 it seems.
My car is garaged, but driven year-round in the PacNW. Weather is moderate at 70-85 in the summer, and 35-60 in the winter. Which would you recommend (strait 90 or 75w90) for my climate? Thanks!

honestly there is not that great of an advantage from one diff fluid over another. I now have the comptech reinforced diff in my car, but the clutch dumps I mentioned above were before I had the comptech diff.

and yes, the compteech diff does address what honda and comptech found to be one of the major flaws of the S2000 diff, which was bearing cap flex. note that you do not have to launch your car to get this "flex". it usually is a failure associated with improper driving or launching techniques.
