Did I get a throwout bearing?

ok i ordered pretty much everything in this picture except the flywheel....

my question is, is the throwout bearing included...?

the one that says m-3 is that included.. its just i have no option of buying it...

i bought everthing for 337 total including shipping i guess its the cheapest one around for a oem clutch...

M3 is a note in the original Honda parts catalog which majestic has a butchered version off.
