DId I break the IACV?

This may be a stupid question, but do we need to be concerned with introducing air into the cooling system when removing and cleaning the IACV? If I recall correctly there are small coolant hoses running to the IACV and some [coolant] will spill out upon removal.

Do it cold in the morning, you will only lose a touch of coolant, and you don't have to worry about getting air in the system.
