Default Diagnosis: feels like it’s dropped a cylinder

No CEL, car was not used for about 2 weeks in which I simply filled it up half gas and got new tyres for it. Car was perfect prior.

Suddenly it started sputtering and hesitating on acceleration with no power.

Any idea what might the cause!

Not knowing the problem wouldn't like to advise.worst case would be bore and piston pick up ie friction damage =another engine.

Stop trying to drive this car. I wouldn't even want to start it any more than is absolutely necessary. You need a good mechanic who is actually in the business of diagnosing/fixing things that aren't oil changes and brakes. You should get it towed to a mechanic and show them your video of the noise. If I were diagnosing that thing, I'd be hesitant to even want to start it. If a CEL is on, address what that is. If there's no CEL, I'd first drop the oil and look for metal. If no metal, compression and leakdown test it.

Driving this car is likely to be more expensive than towing it. You may have already driven it too far. Stop driving ASAP unless you're already planning to replace an engine.

Bad gas? Issue seems to coincide with fueling up, if I read that right.

Coil pack. I’d get one new one at NAPA or wherever. Swap it with each existing coil pack and test.
Did you pull codes?
