I was at an drive through ATM the other day, completely forgot how far out the curb was next to me and jumped it. It basically hit and made a slight dent right behind my front jack point. Nothing else.

Now maybe its coincidence. But right after that happened, whenever I push the throttle and somewhat get on it, the car makes a whine noise. Very similar to that of a Mustang Cobra. It only happens when I hit the throttle. The sound is amplified if I have my AC fan running. Any ideas? Should I be worried? Otherwise, the car drives normal.

can you post a video of the noise? Does it do it while sitting still? if so I would check to see if you knocked something into the drive belt like a stick or maybe some plastic. unless it's the typical airbox cover removed sound lol. if it does it when moving I would check to see if somethings rubbing the tire. best way for us to tell is posting a video of the noise.

It's quite common to begin hearing a noise that you were accustomed to after an accident as small as that. It's simply because you were looking for the sound. It sounds like interference in your electrical system. Are you sure it's coming directly from the engine, or could it be coming from the speakers?
