Default Dent removers: Ding King

Has anyone used this product? By the looks of it, it seems that it can only remove big dents and i'm not sure if it will leave the car perfect. I have a lot of dings and a big dent and Dent Wizard is asking $400 to remove all of them. For $25 it seems a good value but I don't want to screw up my car. Any comments or experiences?

I bought the thing but now I am afraid to use it. I fear that I will pull the paint off the car.

I don't think the paint will come off but the glue might be hard to take out.

Speedracer- I have used the Ding-King before and it worked reasonably well for me. However, I only had one spot so I could devote a lot of time to that particular dent. It took me about 10 pulls before it was satisfactory to me. Also the glue comes off pretty easily. If you have paintless dent removal in your area that would be a good option as well.

My father wants one for Christmas, but I was too skeptical to buy him one. I did an internet search to find people's opinions. Most felt that it was only good for the types of dents you could simply push out from the inside. Older cars tend to have issues with paint/clearcoat pulling off. I think it comes with a bottle of solvent for cleanup of any glue residue left behind.

The thing I'm most afraid of it is that if it damages the panel and u can't repair it.

I had a slight indentation on the driver's door that was only visible in certain light and viewing the car from the front quarter. No noticeable line. I used the ding-king. Took two tries. No affect on the finish. Like new again.

It's more than worth it price. But, its effectiveness is determined by whether your dent is in the middle of sheet metal or near some bracing or support.

Oh yeah. Don't order by phone. They try to sell you all kinds of additional supplies and what you get is enough to take care of the neighborhood. After I ordered I found a link. Seems that shipping would have been free.
