Even if they did, you should check them before installation. It doesn't take much to put a plug out of gap, and it's simple to regap a plug.

No they do not, I wen't through a couple sets and the gaps were off on every single one. But as good practice you should always check the gap before you install plugs, even if they say pre gapped. And use a wire gauge, not one of those cheap disk gauges in front of the register at the autoparts store.
