That depends on if you are NA or F.I. For NA, go with 0.040" to 0.044".
For F.I., go with 0.030" to 0.034", HOWEVER, there is a thread here where many F.I. owners using the Denso Iridium IK-24s, have had plug failures (myself included). Use them for NA, but you might want to reconsider if you are blown.
ps. Always check gaps of any new plugs. They may be pre-gapped, but that doesn't mean much if you get a bad one.

what are good spark plugs to go with if the denso's wont do the job?

The Densos should be OK for a while. They seem to take about a year or around 10K miles to start to hiccup. Quite a few FI guys are running the NGK racing plugs, one step colder. They don't last a long time, but they give a much stronger spark for FI and they don't cost much either. There's a few threads about this in the archives.
Some guys have gone to NGK Iridiums, too.

are you referring to the stock spark plugs as blown or the new spark plugs will be blown around 10k miles? and does it make a difference if it's "aggressive" type driving or not?

"Blown" is a slang term for supercharged or turboed (ie - Forced Induction or F.I.). This is compared to Naturally Aspirated (NA).

If your stock plugs are in good condition to begin with and gapped correctly, they should last a couple of years or more. Both supercharger kits recommend only using the stock plugs if they are close to being new.
