Yup. It's the clutch. Never been in a car with a worn out clutch, just had one of my friends ride with who happens to own a transmission shop here in town and he diagnosed it immediately. Now to beg for two days off and grab some beer.

Buy OEM from Honda friction disk and throwout/pilot bearings. DO NOT buy any aftermarket parts for these (including the Exedy "OEM" garbage)
Pressure plate and flywheel is fine to go aftermarket
