So it looks like yall are saying that I can't make a s2000 reliable at 250 rwhp? That doesn't seem right to me.

And yes I know I'm going to take a hit on fuel consumption I just don't want to take a huge hit
The only why your going to make 60whp more that stock on standard pump gas with out a turbo/super charger/nos is with a fully built 2.4l stroker motor. And guess what.... It's still going to be slow.

get a tune. I/H/E and everything else you mentioned. if you want reliable do not boost it. if you do the forced induction route id suggest getting a beater car like the others said.
