Thats because you are probably still running the crank case vent tube back into the intake. You need to replace the hose with a filter. You shouldn't need a catch can unless you are running a lot of boost. I assume you are SCed since most of the turbo kits wouldn't run the crank case vent back into the intake just for emissions reasons.

you can buy a crankcase breather at any autostore for about $8. I would then just plug the whole in the intake with whatever I could find (I super glued one of those place interior rivets onto it).

no but it shouldn't be very difficult especially if you clean it with the TB on. If you need help I would just look in the repair manual.

Don't do that. Just clean the tb with tb cleaner. Spray. Dry. Done.
