The fact that you recently replaced the bearing and hub + aftermarket parts (at least the disk isn't OEM) means this is most likely related to that work. From your video it still sounds like something hitting the splash shield. Maybe the shield was bent when the hub components were pressed out or reinstalled. Inspect around the disk and look for possible interference points. Also post details on the work performed - who did the work, torque used on the hub nut, etc. Include the details of OEM and aftermarket parts used. Most likely somebody will have used the same aftermarket parts and will be able to help.
I have the current setup for about two years now.
Hub and wheel bearing replaced in order to "cure" ticking noise.
The replacement has been made by professional mechanic.
My current setup is:
Js brake discs
Js brake pads (SEIDOUA)
Cusco sway bars
KW Variant 3
Volk TE 37
Toyo tires R888
Front anti-bumpsteer kit
The ticking noise started before 8 months during very very hard right cornering (with warm brakes) with the above setup unchangeable.
Since then only when the car warms up again the ticking noise is revealed
if there is a rim problem (TE37) what kind of noise would be?
Thanks in advance
John

I wonder if you have a bad ball joint or tie rod end that allows a suspension component push on the splash shield causing contact with the brake disc? There's probably less than a 1/4 in of clearance between the disc and splash shield. Inspect the back of the shield to see if you can see evidence something touching it.

Is there an easy way to check a bad ball joint or tie rod end?
I' ll check it
Thank you

Yes,I actually think I found the solution the previous month.
After all my checks and tries to find the "source" of the noise,I replaced my lug nuts with new ones.
Everything looks perfect so far.
No noise,no ticking, nothing.
But I haven't posted it yet because I want to make more tests.
I really think that my problem went away
Note: I had checked several times the torque of the old ones, I have re-torqued them enough times.
P.S.
My old lug nuts was J's Racing Aluminum Lug Nuts and my new ones are Forged Titanium (I can't remember the brand)
