Cylinder misfire 1,2,3, and 4 detected.

Cylinder misfire 1,2,3, and 4 detected.
Ok so I put plugs in last year with no prob, I check all the coils and the wires and clips and they are all tight. Does anyone have any clue what is causing the code?
