Default Cylinder #4 has 85psi

Hello I had a question for you s2k'rs out there that have swapped engines on your s2k's. Apparently 3 out 4 out of my cylinders are misfiring and cylinder #4 has 85psi. I'm guessing my valves may be bent, and I just had a valve job done about a year and a half ago. I just want to start fresh and don't want to deal with spending a significant amount of cash on my engine again and having something else go wrong! I'd rather get a low mileage swap (I'm at 100k now). So back to the question: I have an 04 and I want a newer engine (due to mileage of course), perhaps an 06 swap or newer depending on the price (unless I find a low mileage 04-05). I'm guessing I would have to just swap out MY04 intake manifold on to the 06+ swap? Due to the drive-by-wire and EGR system right? Also maybe the plug on the knock sensor if it's any different? If I'm wrong or misinformed please correct me.

Stressed-out s2k'r.

I thought there was a potential valve crack issue with DBW S2k motors, might be wrong. Just find another '04-'05 and be done with it.

use the low mileage block and head, swap on all the 04-05 parts onto the new block and head.

Thanks, I was just wondering since they're some differences between those motors. I thought that perhaps the newer motor had some extra ports or emission passages or something amongst those lines. But thanks for clearing that up.
