Cylinder 2 appears to be leaning out- what causes this?

technically these tests were done about a month before i took off the head and discovered that issue. I had no idea how long that issue with cylinder 2 may have been happening. It could've been over a year for all i know because i never took off the head
btw, the reason i took off the head was because a valve stem broke from a valve on my intake side and i had to get it, along with the fact i wanted to clean and inspect things. Thats a separate issue though.
to be absolutely sure,
running lean would be the only cause for the whitish wear on the valves,
and nothing else?
and you can tune individual cylinders on flashpro, right?

Running lean or valve clearances being too tight on that cylinder will cause the valves to turn white like that. So there is a possibility that before you had your injectors cleaned and flow tested that one of them may have been clogged and causing that cylinder to run lean?
