Last week we made the Cherohala Skyway Deals Gap loop which we hadn't done since the repairs were completed. The last time we went we were struggling with the check engine lights, low speed missing etc. It made it kind of difficult to be smooth when driving on those roads. Now with all the low end power available both roads are extremely enjoyable to drive. With the limited amount of traffic on both roads due to the weekday and all the tourists having to work, we had the roads mostly to ourselves. Due to the flexibility of the engine power now I was able to drive both roads mostly in third gear instead of having to constantly change gears. Killboy was up there taking some pictures and I finally got the pictures I have been wanting for years. Usually there is too much traffic so other cars are in the picture. Not this time.
