Cylinder 1 misfire
Hey guys I've gone through a lot of the misfire threads and i'm still having trouble diagnosing my problem. I have got this cylinder 1 misfire like twice in the past from 2014 - 2016. Code P0301. This year i've got it like 5 times in the past week. MY2005 with about 60,000 miles. Mods are Intake, DC headers, Invidia 70mm testpipe with CEL fix, HKS 75mm single exhaust. I replaced the spark plugs in 2014 with OEM. I also installed the headers and testpipe in 2014. I can feel the car misfiring while idling even when there isn't a CEL. From the exhaust and the vibration from the engine.Other than that car drives fine. No misfire while driving, only get the CEL or feel it while idling.
Now when i first got the light this year i swapped coilpacks from cylinder #1 to #2. CEL came back the next day and went away. I swapped the spark plugs from cylinder 1 to 2 and checked the gap. CEL came back and went away after a day. Swapped fuel injectors from cylinder 1 to 2 and then CEL came back instantly with P0301, and P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow. Which is weird cause all the vacuum lines are correct and have been this way for the past 5 years with no issues since the intake was installed. Not sure if this is relevant but i also replace a cracked radiator in 2014, it never over heated or anything. Also cleaned the IACV
Last night I did a compression test, car was at full operating temp, has a new battery, and test was done twice for consistency.

Not sure what to make of these numbers, they don't look too good. Engine doesn't burn too much oil. I will be doing a leak down test, and might be putting the OEM header and cat back on sometime this week. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Just did a valve adjustment, this is what i got and i adjusted everything on the exhaust side to 0.10. The car idles way better now. Engine doesn't shake now, a lot smoother as well. The exhaust still sounds the same, has a very light sputtering sound
