Default CV spacers

I am lowered with the Eibach Pro Kit and decided to go with the CV spacers. When I received the spacers they did not come with instructions so I contacted the vendor and they stated they had upgraded the bolts and torque them to OEM specs. To make a long story short I tried torquing two of them to 61 ft lbs (OEM specs) and stripped them both.
The bolts are 10mm, 10.9 grade, and 35mm in length. Researching the torque for that bolt is 47ft lbs. Does any one know where to get an OEM bolt with those specs that I can torque to 61 ft lbs or just replace the two stripped bolts and go with the 47 ft lbs of torque?

Thanks
