Default CV joints still an issue?

A while back there were several cases of CV joint wear being caused by hard cornering under acceleration which in turn caused "pitting" in the CV joint housing. This led to a TSB ( https://www.s2ki.com/home/index.php?option=...id=27&Itemid=41 ) for the associated "vibration under acceleration". Looking at the TSB list it seems the MY 03 is not included. Was this a manufacturing defect that has been corrected or have the '03s not been on the road long enough to develop the same problem? Of those people that had the joint replaced and did not change their driving style, has the problem resurfaced? As I near the purchase of an '03 I want to know if this is something I need to keep on my checklist.

I had this done to my '01 with no problems so far. Since the parts are the same for yours, I think you'd be ok...
