CV joint issue
I noticed that if I put a decent amount of gas while U-turning, the rear-end vibrates a little, almost like the tires are skipping off the ground. I can't find any time when I take on a hard right corner, so I can only relate this to hard left U-turning. Is this problem associated with the CV joint?

It is most lileky your Torsen LSD diff trying to get the power down while cornering.
During those situations the diff is working hard to make that happen and makes some noise, while the tires may make noise too, especially the one on the inside of the corner.
Pitted CV's vibrate under acceleration, also in a straight line IIRC.
