Cusco Roll Bar install
Does anyone have a good link or some good instructions on how to intstall the cusco roll bar? I picked up one yesterday and want to get to installing it tomorrow. I have not torn in into my car yet so i have no idea how hard it will be. So, anyone have instructions or experience with it?

I actually saw this episode on DIY network where the installed what looks like a basic 4pt on an S2000. It looked pretty straightforward. Not sure the link will be alot of help but here:

You're welcome. I contemplated not responding since responding was essentially an admission to watching "Tricked Out"!
How difficult were the rear supports to install? On the show they removed the top for demo purposes but I would think it would be hard to do with the top installed.
I removed the rear cover to remove the fuel pump during the s/c install but that was alot easier than trying precisely mark and drill holes back there. Did you drill from the car or the trunk?

I just installed a safety21 in my car the other day and although it is very straight forward, it was a total PITA. At least you can learn from my mistakes though. First, take out your seats, then place the front two points in the car, connect the rear two points, and then mark them off. I made the mistake of drilling/bolting down the fronts and then the rear two points were up in the air when I went to mark them. Drill/bolt down the rear two points in the trunk first since you will have more play with the front two points in the cabin. I also used the DIY from DIYnetwork, I was suprised that it was actually helpful.

Sorry for not seeing there were responses to this thread. I installed the the front bar first then lined up the rear supports, drilled them in where i thought it would look good and then pushed the front bar towards the back to meet the supports so it would be very tight. It is a little off to one side but hardly noticable. I would say dont make this the first thing you have ever done on a car but its not incredibly hard. I will get some pics of it this week, i just have to get ahold of my roomates camera.
