283.9ps/8480rpm/ Not good!/780,000 yen not good eather. Lower horse power than the Comptech and more expensive!

That's why the $6k+ price tag of the comptech and the (probable) $4500+ price tag
Ben it's the other way around! 4.5K for the Comptech and probably 6K for the Vortech!

The good thing about Australia is that we are RHD (oh, and the weather, and the easy going culture, and the lifestyle,..... but I digress). The bad thing is the exchange rate. If the C blower is $US6000 that's $AUD12,000 before duty, shipping, installation etc. For that money I could get a full custom turbo with Motec (they're Aus BTW) engine management.

It's not just your steering wheel that is on the other side, it's also your pedals and hence brake master cylinder. Right where they've got a big compressor
