glad things worked out. It took some miles as well to get the rears broken in. Not much bias goes there when the fronts work well.

I too hate it when the dip stick pops out slightly, annoying.

I think there's a TSB on the dipstick and the gas cap...Mine were replaced free, under warranty..FYI

Did you break the glaze on the pads when you installed the new rotors?

Try going over then with a medium grade sand paper the re-bedding the setup. To bed it, make 4-6 hard stops then LET THE BRAKES COOL.

You should be fine then.

Note, in the racing (oval) I am involved in, slotted rotors are popular but I don't know of any drilled rotors.

[/QUOTE]Vapors...it's the gas cap inlet that has to be replaced...2.5 hrs labor..the cap itself is fine...Apparently they have an oval shape which allows the cap to rattle off.....FYI

hrm, my gas cap is fine, just my dip stick that keeps popping up. Unless you're talking about the dip stick being an oval shape?

No, the dipstick is a separate issue....Different TSB....I think.....
