Default Cross drilled rotors with stock brake system

I've came across some crossed drilled rotors on ebay. Anyone here have them on their car? If so:

Was there a noticable difference in your braking?
Did you have to change break pads?
What brand did you use? (pads and rotors)

I really like the way it looks but don't have the budget to bo Brembo/Willwood/StopTech..ect.

Thanks in advance...

Kevin

No noticable difference in braking. No need to change pads. Early factory pads (less dust) for street and Porterfield R4 pads for race track use. Factory rotors drilled and cryoed.

Keep in mind that they won't help you stop, and are not as durable as the OEM rotors. However, I do agree they look nice. As Sideways said, no need to change pads because of the rotors.

I've got the Spoon cross cast rotors and pads.
Braking is good and they make a nice "whhooooosssss" when you brake hard.
And they look

sounds like you might be like me...
installed mine for looks- i was tired of the rust of the stockers and wanted something that looked nice-
also found that the stock pads are the best for minimal dust and good stopping (the ap1 pads that is)
even installed them backwards to minimize the bite!
get almost no dust, they look absolutely great and stop just as good as the stockers-

You know the factory brake lines are steel braided internally? Under the rubber outer coating.

Cross-drilled and slotted rotores are mainly for cooling the brakes I believe? But the durability is lost over the stock rotors.

But hell yeah, they do look pretty sweet!
