I just started hearing this noise recently.. it sounds like a cricket, but only at slight acceleration. I know for sure it's not my intake because I just started hearing this recently and haven't changed anything to my car. It doesn't happen at a certain rpm either.. only partial throttle.
It happens when accelerating and when decelerating at that point and I can make the sound stay there for as long as I want if I kept the pressure on the gas there.
Anyone know what it is? or have this same problem?

I've been noticing this as well. I can't get it to stay constant, it's just a quick and very faint chirp/squeak. It appears to be coming from the differential, but I can't tell for sure. Possibly a bearing going out somewhere?
