Creaking/Squeeking from Driver Rear.

Creaking/Squeeking from Driver Rear.
Symptoms:
- At low speed (<10 mph) the driver rear sounds as if it was driving over creaky wooden floor
- At medium speed it sounds as if it needs lubrication (squeeky)
- Sounds disappeared when I got the car in the air (quick jack) and put in 1st gear
- I can make the the creak at low spead by coasting (off throtle); and make it decrease by getting on the throttle
- There's no play on the wheel (to check for bearing play)
- There's no vibration at any speed
- I've also checked the suspension components. Everything is torqued down
- Nothing is loose
I suspect the bearing based on where the sound appears to be coming from;
- I've attached a file of what the car sounds like at cruising speed.
