Default Creak from the steering wheel

Hi guys,
I've finally got my car back from an engine swap(JDM ) - also had the tracking done at the same time. The car has been fine up until this evening....

I've noticed theres a creak/ click noise when turning the steering wheel to the right, if I turn it back left its silent - then re-turn it again and the wheel will creak again. Its around 15-20 degrees to the right and It happens whether moving or stationary and at the exact same point as you turn the wheel

I have done a search, and couldn't find anything helpful. Just querying whether its easily fixed?

You sure it's not the cheap plastic cover that is behind the wheel? If it separates even slightly since it's held by clips and one of them possibly broke, the wheel rubs on it.

You'd better hope it's NOT like that video because those wheels on those cars have come off in drivers hands!
