I'm just curious, I remember some other member mentioning about a harmonic balancer at the crankshaft pulley so does the Comptech pulley has a harmonic balancer as well ?

Comptech and Vortech both use a modified stock pulley. They machine mounting holes in the pulley's outer ring, and you get to bolt on the SC belt sheave.
