Default Crank position sensor question

Do I need to take the pulley out or just the big tensioner to install the crankshaft position sensor?

Also, my anti-freeze leaks in the front - can water damage a crank sensor?
The car intermitently will start and stop.

Thanks

Anyone?
Do I need to take the harmonic balancer or just remove the big black pulley tensioner in the front of the engine?
