When the second 02 sensor plug fell out of my header, I e-mailed R and D. They contacted AKH, who stated, go to a muffler shop, buy a plug, and loctite it in. The correct thing to do, would be to replace the plug, with a steel washer, not an aluminium one.
Do they not understand how impossible it can be to remove a loctite'd in fastener in the exhaust system? Have they never removed an oxygen sensor that has been in for a few years?
This is why I didn't call or E-mail R and D. Rand D has their $, AKH has their $, It's Toda Racing Japan who makes the call.

This just in from AKH:
We realize people modify their cars beyond our header, that was not my
point. A supercharger's affect on this application is different than what
an intake, exhaust, or camshafts, would do After speaking with the engineer
for the 2nd time, it is his conclusion that the excessive torque caused by
the supercharger is the culprit in this case.
My reply:
Did you also tell the engineer, If he sends me another one, He can look at it directy, And come to the conclusion that insufficient material thickness was the cause? I'll even pay for the shipping back to AKH. What about the engine damper? I guess it doesn't absorb engine movement.

i dont have my bracket on so i think it should be fine nothing to worry about...
my header had a small defect. (toda)
in cylinder 1 there are two welded pieces that are not aligned perfectly at one section..
in which theres a raised obstruction by maybe 1 mm- 2mm
i dont think itll affect anything
any thoughts on this?
