All,

Just want to add my comments about a cracked radiator. My S came from the sandy shores of Florida with a full length upper crack on the radiator. Come to find out, the overflow tube had 2-3 inches of packed sand in it, which caused the pressure to build once the radiator cap released. Also after normal driving I noticed my upper radiator hose was collapsed. It took a little investigating until I found that the clogged radiator overflow hose was the culprit. I called the radiator shop that replaced my radiator and SAMCO hoses and asked them to put the overflow tube on their 87 point inspection. The coolant system works perfect now.
So, word to the wise: Inspect, check and investigate (don't assume or overlook the obvious)

I went with Koyo. They are a known high quality brand. Everything fit perfectly as would be expected and a very good build quality.
