It should fit, but there are some minor differences. The part number is different between the non-DBW and the DBW cars.

But why do you want the CR stock intake? It is no different that a non-CR intake. The part number is the same between CR & base.

Im just trying to get a stock airbox and some guy with a CR is selling one and its pretty much brand new. I was just curious as to if it will fit with no problems before I buy it out and have it not fit. Ill take your word for it and take it as it fits

Meh...it *should* fit. But it probably won't be identical. The intakes from 00-05 are all perfectly interchangeable. But the 06+ cars have a different part number...so there is a difference. What it is, I can't say...it might be something like a missing bracket, etc.

Either test fit, or try to find another 00-05 intake if you need a stock one.

I want to say that the only difference is a hole on the elbow that connects the box to the throttle body. There is an air temp sensor that I believe is not there on the previous years.

The 06+ DBW s2000s have another hole in the intake arm for an additional sensor. Wait for a non 06+ intake to pop up FS.

drive-by-wire. and the new intakes like th MY06+ does not have a tube coming out of the elbow. there is one sensor and one tube that leads into the valve cover.

If you have the new intake, match the contours to the gasket at least.
