Default Couple questions

Hey everyone I just got my car back from the shop and the abs light is on the guy at the shop told me this Is from being lowered which I thought was complete bs. Also I noticed my car has a bad vibration when I accelerate but I think tht night be because I need an alignment you think that could be the reason?

Ride height has nothing to do with abs. What work was done at the shop?

Note the question. He asked what work was done at the shop not at what shop the work was done. It's important. They probably damaged one of the ABS wheel sensors or for whatever reason, disconnected one and didn't connect it back up. Any tire work done? Maybe you've got a severely deflated tire. If the car pulling to one side or the other? If we knew what work was done, we wouldn't have to be guessing so much.
Your bad vibration on acceleration is likely the typical inner CV joints being pitted (unless you've got a severely deflated tire). You need to do the CV joint left/right swap or get replacement 1/2 shafts. There is some controversy over this but it's possible that they got pitted because the car is lowered. Try installing 1/2 shaft spacers. You light luck out and this could fix the problem even though it may only be temporary. Get the split 1/2 shaft spacers. This will be a lot less work than changing the CV joints around and a lot cheaper than buying 1/2 shafts.

Whoops my bad I misread it but the shop just did a motor swap all the air in the tires is good but I think a wheel weight fell off cause my one rim doesn't have one anymore so I'm guessing that's the problem with the vibration but I don't see how them doing a swap caused the engine light o come on

A wheel weight coming off would cause a vibration at speed regardless of accelerating or not and you said it only did it while accelerating. When an engine swap is done, a wiring harness may have been yanked out or an ABS sensor wire may have been disconnected or damaged in the process. A lot of harnesses needed to be disconnected. They may have missed one or snagged one by accident.
