Default Costs for replacing retainers with AP2

Science of Speed wants to charge me $ 210.00 to replace intake side retainers (if mine are broken) which seems a bit high since the retainers themselves are cheap. They are going to do the valve-adjustment for me for $ 80.00, is that a bit high for replacing the retainers?

Not if you compare to what the StealerDealer wants, I want to change mine but haven't found someone I would trust here is North Fl....and I would pay someone that to do it if that included valve adj also.....

they're only gona do the intake side? and only if broken? considering they r already going to be in there u should just get all ur retainers swapped for the piece of mind.

I thought this was a simple job. And yes because I've been told to do intake side only.

Ok guys so what do you think.. if my retainers are fine, should I still swap them or no? Also what are part numbers and amount for what I need to get because I did over-rev it once, for a sec.. so I might as well replace them
