I'm taking my S in this week about this problem, and my dealer HATES to do most any warranty work. I had to fight and fight to get my 1-2 shift TSB work done. They argued with me when my dash cracked at 5K miles, then "patched it" (still not happy about that) etc.
My top gets LOUD around 70 MPH, but if I reach up and pull on the driver side latch it quiets right down. The latch also has a nice 1/8" wide groove worn into it.
If you guys are still having trouble getting the TSB full size printable/readible, let me know and I can host a link to it as a full size jpg.
