Coolant Temp Question
Yesterday, I was sitting in heavy Atlanta traffic and for about 5 seconds my Modifry ECT temp display showed 12 bars (AP2), according to Modifry's site, 12 bars = ~215def Fahrenheit. I was wondering if this was within the "Normal" operating range. It went back down to 11 bars(210 deg) after that for another minute, and then it went back to 10 bars which is what I normally see on the ECT display.
Should I be concerned with this or is that just some fluke? It hasn't been up to 12 bars since that time and today is definitely much hotter (90+ vs mid 80s).

A 15 degree swing to 200-215 is normal for a car in downtown ATL with 90+ outside and huge humidity.
This is why the stock gauge is "dumb" so owners don't freak out when it moves between 2-3 bars.
