Coolant reservoir empty at 25K, should I worry?

Check your levels. Fill up as needed. Then drive the car with some high revving fun and park it. (Just do it on a "test drive" if you still can) Let it sit and look for a puddle underneath. If when car cools the levels are the same then it should be OK.

This seems totally normal to me.. Like everyone else said, check radiator coolant level, fill and then fill the overflow tank to the MAX line.
There's a reason Honda checks the level of the coolant in the reservoir during every oil change as part of thier "19 point" inspection. It's absolutely normal for it to drop.
I would do a complete coolant flush, refill and see what happens.

I have noticed some coolant drop in my old 03 and in my current 06. When I bought my 06 in Oct. 06', the coolant was right between the MIN and MAX. Now, at 18k miles, its right at the MIN mark.

Maybe the car was lightly or heavily modified and restored back to OEM prior to the trade. Meaning the cooling system was opened/drained/modified, was not bleed completely.
If the cooling system had been drained or opened, for whatever reason, and was properly vented, you still need to check the level and top it off, until all the air burped out.
Top it off, like you did, and
