I went with oem after trying a tiny aluminum one. Didn't like I couldn't see where it was at.

After rupturing an OEM one I have been using the Origin Fabrication coolant reservoir and I can't seem to get it to stop leaking so I cannot recommend that one unfortunately.

I was thinking of getting that one. Where is it leaking from? Is it because of a design flaw or build quality?

It is leaking from the cap where it is supposed to vent to the atmosphere, so looks more like a design flaw.
