Coolant leaking from radiator cap
I searched but was unable to find anything about leaking WRT the radiator cap. I just picked up an s2k and drove it 2000 miles no issue. When I got home I had
suspicion that the aftermarket radiator cap was too high and making it difficult to close the hood.
I undid the cap and then put it back on. It's back on correctly however it seems that when the car comes up to temperature this happens..
I read something about radiator cap lift. I'm wondering if the cap is lifting and releasing coolant? What could be the problem?

The cap I picked up does not fit the Blackworks radiator. Hmm, going to go back and try again. I'm inspecting this Blackworks radiator cap and it seems fine.

That looks like a Mishimoto radiator cap, and those have been well documented to cause leaks, perhaps your's is just a re-branded Mishimoto.
Excessive air in the cooling system can also cause issues if the rad system wasn't properly burped in the past. A high percentage of people don't know how to properly bleed these cooling systems.

Update: Autozone had nothing for me. I inspected the cap and noticed that the two pieces that hold it on were not at a 90 degree angle so I actually bent them to a 90 degree and past so they would fit extremely tight. Took the car out for a run and have no leaks so hopefully this solution holds up.
