Coolant keeps evaporating
I flushed my radiator about a month ago with a longer lasting coolant from ford and it seems that every time I go to check on my coolant its much lower than the fill line. I doubt its a leak because I didn't remove any coolant lines when I did the flush, only the radiator drain plug. I did flush thoroughly since I was changing to another coolant (Ford Premium Gold), probably 10 flushes. Is there something wrong or is this normal? I know the s2k is notorious for heat soak but having that much coolant evaporating is pretty far fetched.

I would lose an ounce or two over a couple of months, and found some blue crusty residue at the top where the hose comes out of the overfill cap. So I know there that is small source where it can evaporate.
However, I don't know enough about your situation to provide any insight.
How much are you losing over what period of time?
Do you take in account thermal expansion, as in are you checking it at the same temperature, preferably cold?
Is all the air out?
Consider pressure testing the system, to rule things out like hose leaks or a bad head gasket?
Good luck.

Ive only had the car for a little over a month and in that time ive been checking the coolant and oil once every week. Oil would be fine but the coolant would drop about 1/4 an inch from the fill line. Yesterday I checked it it was about an inch below the fill line, but i havnt checked it in two weeks. I've been checking the coolant level cold so i dont think thats the problem. Its possible that i still have air in the system so maybe im over reacting, but its just weird to see this happen.

First guess: You didn't get the air completely out of the system when you did your flush/change. Now the air is coming to the reservoir and coolant is going into the system.
Follow the service manual instructions and make sure the system is completely full, with no air entrapped.
