Default Coolant flush ?

So I replaced my thermostat yesterday with an OE from Honda, flushed my old water out, used the long process of bleeding the system, yet still no fluid comes out of my intake manifold bleeder screw. What gives? My radiator is showing full and my reservoir is at the temp max line. I am befuddled.

with the car OFF, did you open the rad cap, open the bleed bolt by the valve cover, and squeeze the upper rad pipe till fluid came out the bleed bolt?

DO NOT open the bleed bolt with the car running or you'll never get it bled right (that's per the billman method).
