Chris, this motor is almost stock. They are VERY limited in what they are allowed to do for the car's racing class. It even uses a stock intake box.
Blueprinting of this engine will yield almost no gains at all as it is a very clean engine to start with.

It's hard to be sure exactly which engine is being talked about here.
- Blueprinted JDM engine, by Spoon. 265bhp at the crank. Seems plausible to me.
- Full Spoon engine, with their cams, pistons, manifold, exhaust, ecu etc. 265bhp at the wheels also seems plausible.
- The engine in the car pictured. Some Spoon parts, but restricted by racing regs. More than >250bhp (JDM Stock), probably. Exactly what? Who knows.
I think it's most likely confusion, rather than mis-information. But we'll not know unless the different possibilites are tested.
For my 2p, I do think an engine with 265bhp NA at the rear wheels is possible. But I don't think the pictured engine will be putting out that much.

That's an N1 endurance car. Only mods allowed are engine blue printing, modified exhaust, and ECU. Intake has to be stock as does the header and everything else in the engine.
