Maybe the reinforced differential housing. That is about the only thing they (COmptech) recommends.

I've got the Aftercooler, the reinforced differential, Comptech Flywheel/Act PP. Lots of guys just run the SC w/no problems....

I've had zero issues with the Comptech.

I put down 304 at the wheels. Unfortunately I don't have a before Aftercooler/After Aftercooler dyno.

Sorry I don't have the dyno chart after the aftercooler, but before the aftercooler I was pushing 284hp ATW. I'm seeing boost lost from a boost gauge(blitz). Not sure how many PSI lost? I use to read a little under half bar and now I'm reading in the middle of zero and half bar. My guess is 4 pound of boost? I call Comptech and they said " It's normal to lose a little boost, the aftercooler is to help keep the inlet temp cooler, they will have a smaller pully out in a couple of month". The resin why I think there is a lost of boost is because the charger have a bigger unit to fill up(aftercooler). In you case I would get the aftecooler because the car will run more consistent in warm weather.

You have less boost because cold air occupies less space than hot air, the SC is pushing the same amount of air to the intake but occupies less space

You also have less boost because there is a matrix of metal in the intake path disturbing flow.

Hello

I finally recieved my comptech s/c + aftercooler and installed it myself, and damn it's a totally different car than it was before it's really amazing!

Quick question, I'm reading at about 0.45 ~>.475 x100 Kpa off my Defi Boost BF gauge. So that means in Psi's i'm at...

Converting Kpa to psi: (Kpa x .14504) x 100 = Psi

So, (.45 x .14504) x 100 = 6.53 Psi

and

(.475 x .14504) x 100 = 6.88 Psi

In conclusion: I'm boosting between 6.53 (min) and 6.88 (max) Psi. Is this normal boost pressure for those who have comptech/aftercooler setup?

Belts dont seem to be an issue. I have had mine on for 50K miles and its still in good shape. Oil for the SC isnt an issue either as plumbing for SC operation is already part of the kit and seems to function properly. I do use Redline 10W40 per Comptechs recommendation.
